History

This little fanfiction website has been around since 2001. It all started when my Zac website "Pretty Fly For A White Guy" (R.I.P.) got hosted by HansonFanHigh.com (R.I.P.) and I decided to open a little fiction site called “Second Hand Shoes.”

Then on March 14, 2002 I bought my own domain Lonely-Eyes.net (R.I.P.) and I moved my little fanfiction site to my domain and renamed the website "Skies A Blur."

Then after problems changing servers in Spring 2005, I decided to scrap LE.net and Brits offered to host my fanfiction website, so I moved the site to Failed-To-Say.net and renamed it "A Million Contradictions."

After Brits went through server changes in July 2005, she moved my site over to Alonenthepretense.org and that’s where it stayed until September 2006.

As much as I enjoyed mooching off Brits for a year or so, I decided to purchase my own domain, thus break-my-fall.org was born.

My attention shifted from Hanfic in early 2008 and remained very low throughout 2008 with me only writing 2 short stories all year. With that in mind, in April 2009 I decided to merge A Million Contradictions with my Hanfic archive site AMC: Archives.

Layouts

This look for AMC is very simple compared to layouts I've had since I opened the website in 2005. The big difference is that until now I've used Wordpress to manage and run my website and now I use Dreamweaver to run the website.

Instead of putting up pictures of all my past layouts, I thought I'd pick out my favorites from over the years and say something about them.

	Version: 1 Put up: March 16, 2005 Taken down: April 9, 2005 Featuring: Zac Hanson playing the guitar in at a concert Made by: Me Comments: The very first layout for A Million Contradictions. I was so proud of it. I remember being so proud of this layout and how nice it looked while not being busy at all.
	Version: 10 Put up: October 26, 2005 Taken down: November 4, 2005 Featuring: Hanson Made by: Brittney Comments: Brittney made this layout for me for my 20th birthday and I was so excited when I got home from school and found it in my inbox. I was estatic.
	Version: 11 Put up: November 4, 2005 Taken down: November 23, 2005 Featuring: Shirtless Zac Hanson talking on the phone from Hanson's documentary Strong Enough to Break Made by: Me Comments: The only reason Brittney's layout was taken down in favor of this one was because it featured a SHIRTLESS Zac Hanson... enough said.
	Version: 21 Put up: May 25, 2006 Taken down: June 12, 2006 Featuring: Zac Hanson Made by: Trixie Comments: I kinda begged Trixie to make this layout for me, she made a couple fabulous layouts for Hayley in 2006 and I loved them all and she agreed to make one for me.
	Version: 42 Put up: April 28, 2007 Taken down: June 15, 2007 Featuring: Hanson Made by: Brittney Comments: Another surprise layout from Brits, though I vaguely remember talking to her about not being able to make a layout I liked and she made this bad boy for me.
	Version: 51 Put up: May 22, 2008 Taken down: April 2009 Featuring: Flower Made by: Ally Comments: This layout was a gift from my lone hostee Ally.
