I got the idea for Unwanted in November 2005 and told myself that I wouldn't work on it until I finished a list of my other stories, but I gave in during the beginning of December and started writing it. It took a total of three months to write and was finished on March 26, 2006.

A big thank you goes to Katrina Karissa, and Tammy for editing every chapter of Unwanted for me. They're one reason this story is as good as it is.

After suffering the loss of her mother, Gabbie Wilson is sent to live with a friend of her mother’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is there that she learns that she has more in common with the children of the family than she could ever imagine. While adjusting to life without her mother and Nana, she is thrust into a life based on lies and hostility.
